Aversan created a sophisticated TeamTrack implementation to keep track of all service requests raised and provided to the tenants staying in Oakwood apartments. Tenancy information were held in designated external tables (replicated periodically from other database) and brought to the TeamTrack forms offering dynamic functionality for screen layouts beyond TeamTrack’s default behaviour. Provision was offered to e-mail/fax the ticket information to the Tenants/Oakwood branch offices simply with the click of a button.
