Serena Business Mashup Implementation - SDDC
Aversan created a configuration control process in SBM that allows requests to be submitted and approved prior to making changes to the Enterprise System Servers (ESS). The solution automates existing processes such that review meeting can be held less frequently while providing more detailed information about each step of a configuration change from submission to completion. The solution integrates with an existing web form using XML for a gradual transition to a pure Serena solution.
