Aversan Implemented a web-based solution on Serena Business Manager for Singapore Cruise center to manage their terminal related processes, including: passenger check-in, baggage handling, operator and trip application process etc. This system was integrated with SAP, for the billing, and with many physical devices for passenger/baggage movement tracking.
