Aversan designed and implemented a Process Management policy for documenting the Requirements Approval Process in Serena Business Manager (SBM), and developed customized forms with injected java scripts. The SBM Script was developed to enforce the business rules. The Requirements Process was able to work in harmony with other Emerson Management processes, such as the Stage Gate and Change Management Process.
