Aversan was selected by a Tier-1 supplier as the prime subcontractor for the turn-key product development and end-to-end hardware and software design of their Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS)
Aversan was responsible for the complete product delivery of this avionics controller, encompassing all engineering disciplines and relevant aspects of the product development lifecycle. The HUMS is designed for commercial and military helicopter applications with the purpose of conducting advanced prognostics for engine and rotor maintenance.
Product hardware, software, and mechanical design were developed to conform to DO-254, DO-178C & DO-160G certification requirements respectively.
