Our journey represents a strategic progression up the value chain, transforming from technical specialists into a comprehensive provider of end-to-end solutions, fully equipped to deliver certification-ready results
Aversan began with C-17 software design and verification for the OBIGGS Controller and quickly expanded to support F-35 JSF software integration and unit testing, laying the groundwork for expertise in mission-critical systems.
Delivered cockpit control panels and systems integration labs for major aircraft (A350 XWB, Comac C919), and led certification-driven projects including DAL D health and usage monitoring systems.
Led complex DAL D-certified programs for health monitoring and data gateway systems across platforms like Embraer E2, strengthening capabilities in regulated, high-integrity development.
Expanded facility to support manufacturing and box-build capabilities, enabling delivery of complete test systems and integrated hardware solutions.
Awarded Systems Integration Lab and Iron Bird Lab for a leading eVTOL OEM, plus DAL B water drop control unit development for amphibious firefighting aircraft.
Delivered EGSE development program to test Canadarm3 controllers and began uACE system development for a top-tier eVTOL OEM.
2003-2004
We began by developing and testing mission-critical military software systems, laying the foundation for our deep expertise in high-reliability, safety-critical applications. This early work established the rigorous engineering standards that continue to guide every project.
2009-2011
Expanding into complex systems integration test equipment and cockpit control panels, we built on our safety-critical expertise and gained civil aviation certification experience. This phase strengthened our ability to develop sophisticated test systems for advanced avionics.
2015-2017
Taking a major leap forward, we moved from testing avionics systems to building the systems themselves. By integrating our experience in test equipment and software development, we became a full turnkey avionics provider, capable of delivering complete, certification-ready solutions.
2020
With an expanded facility and in-house manufacturing capabilities, we gained the ability to produce prototypes and full production-ready equipment. This milestone completed our end-to-end turnkey product development offering, from concept to finished, deployable systems.
2023
Leveraging our systems integration expertise, we entered the urban air mobility market and contributed to advancing this emerging technology. During this period, we were also awarded a Water Drop Control Unit project for an amphibious firefighting aircraft, demonstrating our ability to take on innovative aerospace challenge.
2024
Continuing our expansion into adjacent markets, we delivered complex test equipment to support space robotics for a moon landing mission. This achievement underscores our capability to apply decades of avionics and systems integration experience to the most demanding aerospace programs.
