Risk Analysis Questionnaire for Alberta Investment Management Corporation

Aimco uses a Risk Analysis Questionnaire as a part of their change process. The Risk Analysis Questionnaire was created as a means of measuring the risk associated with a particular change in a structured way. For each change a paper or electronic copy of the questionnaire was completed and attached to the SBM item. The scoring on the questionnaire determines the change classification of the change request based on scores representing business impact and complexity. Aversan integrated the questionnaire information, such that the answers and scoring were done entirely within the SBM. The result of this change was that scoring and change classification type was computed automatically.
