Ted Sherlock, CEO of Aversan Inc since 2004, has been responsible for providing vision, leadership, project management, and cultural discipline to various organizational projects throughout the years. Mr. Sherlock has been a chief influence of maintaining the Aversan motto of On time, On budget.
Additionally, Mr. Sherlock has been responsible for technical budgetary and schedule requirements for all application development efforts. Some projects include the verification of the Power and Thermal Management System for the F-35, the Electrical Power System for the A380 aircraft, and the Bleed Air System for the F-22 Fighter.
Previously, Mr. Sherlock has worked as a Senior Engineer Specialist at Honeywell. He had been responsible for the integration and test management for the Integrated Environment Control System (IECS) of the USAF F-22 Aircraft. The program was developed in accordance with MII-Std 2167. Mr. Sherlock has also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Boeing, where he served as Lead Project Engineer for the MD-12 Environmental Control Systems. He served as FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) to ensure supplier software development activities were in accordance with corresponding Software Development Plans (SDPs). Scope of compliance enforcement included all suppliers delivering software for the MD-11 Environmental Control System.
Under Mr. Sherlock’s leadership, Aversan Inc has become established as the international service organization with offices across the globe.
Mr. Pirog became part of the Aversan team in 2005 as a Senior Engineer. Mr. Pirog has been responsible for providing hardware/software integration expertise and guidance for aerospace controller development and systems verification activities. Mr. Pirog assignments include planning, coordinating, scheduling, and reporting system level verification activities and status for the A350XWB Air Conditioning System (ACS) project.

Previously, Mr. Pirog has worked as a Senior Hardware/Systems Engineer at T.E.S.T, providing system integration services and developing automated test stations for a variety of business sectors. At Xwave, Mr. Pirog had provided consulting services for long-term programs in the aerospace industry.
Additionally, Mr. Pirog has worked as a Software Team Lead and Engineer at MD Robotics. Mr. Pirog had been responsible for training, planning, coordinating, reviewing, tracking and reporting work performed by a team for the Special Purpose Dextrous Manipulator control software program. Mr. Pirog also was the validation lead for the Space Station Remote Manipulator System control software program. Mr. Pirog’s responsibilities included: writing the validation specification, test scenarios, test cases, test procedures, and the management of a team.
Mr. Pirog’s cross-technology expertise enables him to leverage IT technologies to assist in embedded development, and to leverage embedded rigor into IT projects.
As Manager of Business Development, Mojdeh Toyserkani has overall responsibility for defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.
As Business Solutions Program Manager, she offers focused expertise in areas currently ranging from program planning, monitoring and evaluation, and shared services resources planning on all projects within Health and IT division.
Mrs. Toyserkani holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto. She is currently working towards her CPHIMS-CA designation from HIMSS – the Health Information and Management Systems Society. She also maintains a certification in Project Management (PMP) and ITIL.
Scott Moses, Director of Engineering Services since 2010, has brought to Aversan an environment of open communication, high expectations, and accountability. Mr. Moses continues to foster individual and team growth for all Aversan employees while maintaining program targets.
In addition to managing the day to day direction of the engineering teams, Mr. Moses interfaces with customers, past, present and future. He has brought his “mission critical” program knowledge from the military/aerospace community and applied it across the spectrum of Aversan’s business verticals.
Previous to Aversan, Mr. Moses served as Systems Test Lead with Lockheed Martin Canada an on Active Phased Array RADAR program; A Hardware/FPGA Designer in the Video Graphics group for Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing;At L-3 Wescam Mr. Moses served as Technical Product Manager for the Digital MCU and HMI devices; And as Director of Engineering for Wolf Industrial Systems, he was able to enhance the capabilities and direction of both staff and products alike. Some of Mr. Moses’ designs are in use today on the International Space Station and at airports served by NavCanada.
